Orders within JAPAN

• Customers bear a 5% consumption tax.
• For ordering customers, shipping and handling are free, except in cases of international and furniture deliveries.
• Where delivery fees apply, the amount depends on the product. We'll inform you of the amount when you place your order.
• Merchandise is delivered by Sagawa Kyubin. Payment can be made by Sagawa Kyubin's e-collect service, cash or debit card.
• Bank transfers are accepted, but customers bear the bank transfer fee.
• Delivery is usually made with in 10 days.

International orders

• We only accept credit card. (Visa / Master / DC / JCB / Amex / Diners)
• A delivery fee does apply, the amount depends on the product. We'll inform you of the amount when you place your order.
• Delivery is usually made with in 15 days.
